Also known as Lankesteriana Barbulata, as far as we can tell right now the current Kew accepted name is Anathallis Barbulata. This is a miniature sized clustering epiphyte with very short stems and a single leaf. This orchid can be found across Central America and northern South America from Mexico to Venezuela,

Blooms in the late winter and spring on 1.5 cm long spike. Clusters of spikes will form each bearing a single flower.
