Because many of our plants are limited in quantity, difficult to produce and many are highly delicate, we reserve the right to cancel orders if we deem the plant not suitable for sale. If this happens a refund will be issued and we will contact the buyer.
Local Pickup
We do not have a retail facility open to the public but we are happy to meet for a pickup anywhere in Abbotsford. We also allow for pickup at local expos and trade shows we are attending. Please use local pickup and let us know to hold your plants at the show.
Shipping Window
Our current general shipping window is from the start of May to the end of September. In the event of extreme weather we will contact the buyer with delivery alternatives.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Any plants shipped with 3 day or less shipping options excluding Canada Post have our live arrival replacement guarantee. As many of our plants are delicate specimens, please unbox your plants immediately upon arrival and have a suitable enclosure to put them in. Shipping is always a stressful procedure for plants and it is of the utmost importance that they are placed in adequate recovery conditions as quickly as possible. If a plant is unpackaged and shows signs of damage please contact us right away through our contact page, or our instagram or facebook pages. Please be prepared to provide photos of the packaging and the damage.
If the damage is not reported within 24 hours of acceptance of package or is repotted.
