Epidendrum Schlechterianum

Epiphytic or occasional lithophyte species found in South East Asia. This orchids has clustered, leafy, branching stems.

Bloom in the spring and summer. The single flower forms at the top of the leafy stock.

Mounting :

Mount out of the soil either on a branch or back wall with a small amount of sphagnum moss.

Humidity :

Does well in 70+ humidity, needs decent airflow or roots can rot. Optimal is 80% humidity year round.

Light :

Likes bright indirect light.
