Small epiphytic orchid that forms colonies of near spherical pseudobulbs 10 – 25 mm in diameter. The fleshy leaves can be up to 4 cm long. Pseudobulbs and leaves are often coloured deep purple depending on light. This orchids comes from South East Asia.

Off white with maroon spotted flowers are arranged along a spike 4-5cm long.

Mounting :

Mount out of the soil either on a branch or back wall with a small amount of sphagnum moss.

Humidity :

Does well in 70+ humidity, needs decent airflow or roots can rot.

Light :

Prefers bright indirect light.
